Come join Christine’s Crazy Clarinets for a concert celebrating African music! To participate, download the parts available below and practice them before the concert. Choose the part that best suits your playing ability, and at the performance feel free to join us on the pieces on which you are comfortable. We ask performers to please bring music and music stands.
We will be raising money for Clarinets for Conservation, a project that teaches children in Tanzania to play clarinet and plant African Blackwood trees so there will be wood for future instruments. See the Daraja Music Initiative for more information and to donate online: http://www.darajamusicinitiative.org/
After the concert, we will sit down and enjoy a potluck together. Please bring a dish to share!
Asante sana! Thank you so much!
